      What started as a hobby and a creative outlet, turned into something much bigger than she ever could expect. Going by the handle @brianajade._ on instagram and Briana Jade on YouTube , Briana documents her artistic journey which became more serious during the start of the 2020 pandemic. Making everything from Resin coasters and unique cutting boards, to bold, gallery ready pieces.​

     Although Briana was born in California and Raised in Florida, she currently resides in Atlanta Ga. She went to Lavilla middle school in Jacksonville Florida where she majored in Piano and Minored in Art. This is where she fell in love with paint and brushes. Continuing her love for art she was led to the art honor society as an A+ art student throughout high school. Unfortunately she wasn't convinced being a full time artist was a potential career she could pursue so she went to Valdosta State University where she majored in Business. She wasn't able to do anything creative and found herself unhappy with her choice in major so she transferred to the Art Institute of Atlanta Decatur where she pursued a Graphic Design Degree. Turns out she's much more talented with creating physical art rather than digital art.

       Around this time she developed an interest in makeup artistry where she eventually became a Full time makeup artist and certified in many brands such as Nars and Laura Mercier. This Career path allowed her to do makeup for fashion shows, video shoots and even sfx music videos, and gave her time to paint on the side. When the pandemic hit, like many other service industry creatives, her old hobby became a serious business. She learned how to pour resin and started attending art shows, pop-up shops and many creative gallery exhibits around Atlanta. While it was fun and she appreciates her art clients, she realizes now how all those years of painting faces was a lot more fulfilling. Teaching women how to do their makeup and boost their overall confidence along with sharing other general skincare and wellness advice is her current journey she’s hoping to blossom 🌼 

       

        Currently she is not accepting commissions for new art but she will be sharing her knowledge on the art business as well as her other passions in the Beauty and wellness industry through Ebooks.
